Our Basic Cleaning Package includes all services provided during our routinely scheduled property cleanings. Extra services may be requested for an additional cost.

- Countertops cleaned and disinfected
- Outside, top and front range hood cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Sink(s) cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Refrigerator front and visible sides cleaned and shined
- Dishwasher front cleaned and shined
- Microwave wiped out, front and visible sides cleaned and shined
- Floors swept and mopped
- Kitchen furniture (table, chairs, desk) wiped down
- Doors and frames spot cleaned for fingerprints
Bathrooms
- Tile walls, bathtubs, and showers walls cleaned and disinfected
- Shower doors cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Toilets cleaned and disinfected
- Vanity and sink cleaned and disinfected
- Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Floors swept and mopped
- Bathmats washed
Other Rooms
- Windowsills, ledges, and mini-blinds dusted
- Shelves/frames dusted
- Wood furniture dusted

- Wood floors swept, and carpets vacuumed
