Accepted payment methods include cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. All major credit cards are also accepted, and there is a secure payment processing page on our website, under the “Make a Payment” tab.
Yes, we have structured our scheduling to ensure you are familiar with those working at your place if you book recurring services.
Yes, we can, if you are comfortable with us doing so. Clients usually leave keys behind or provide passcodes the day of. Clients could also provide a copy of the house key, alleviating the need to hide a key somewhere or our staff having to wait around to be let in (lockout charges applicable).
Our staff work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Call or email us to schedule an appointment, see “How do I schedule a cleaning?” for more details.
If you are a first-time customer, you will first need to book a free in-home consultation. This option is available on our home page. Staff would discuss what services you would like and schedule accordingly while also providing an estimate of cost and time. Otherwise, you could call (877) 696-9322 or email info@immaculate-cleaning.org. If we do not answer your call immediately, leave your name, number, and a brief message, and we will return that call as soon as possible. Alternatively, you could file a ticket on our contact us page.
We work with clients in the cities of San Jose, Los Gatos, Campbell, Saratoga, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mountain View, and Los Altos.
We require at least 24-hours notice if you want to change or cancel your scheduled cleaning. Less than 24-hours notice will result in a $30 cancellation fee. The exception to this rule is if you call reporting an illness of someone in the house or property, where we ask that you commit to reschedule for a later date.
We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services. You decide how often we come, and we will customize the services rendered to fit your needs.
The Immaculate Cleaning team will always be prepared to clean your home with our own supplies. However, if you prefer we use your products, please let us know, and we will adjust accordingly.
