Our move-in/move-out service is an in-depth cleaning that covers all the bases and more. The property must be empty of furniture for us to do this service. This package includes everything in our Deep Cleaning Package plus more, listed below. Extra services may be requested for an additional cost.
Kitchen
- Countertops cleaned and disinfected
- Outside, top and front range hood cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Sink(s) cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Refrigerator front and visible sides cleaned and shined
- Dishwasher front cleaned and shined
- Microwave wiped out, front and visible sides cleaned and shined
- Floors swept and mopped
- Kitchen furniture (table, chairs, desk) wiped down
- Doors and frames spot cleaned for fingerprints
Additional Services – Kitchen
- Clean oven and broiler pans
- Clean burner pans, stove/range exterior, and hood/fan
- Clean and wipe down cabinet fronts, interior shelves, drawers, and under sink(s)
- Remove cobwebs and other debris
Bathrooms
- Tile walls, bathtubs, and showers walls cleaned and disinfected
- Shower doors cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Toilets cleaned and disinfected
- Vanity and sink cleaned and disinfected
- Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned, disinfected, and shined
- Floors swept and mopped
- Bathmats washed
